What RentScore is

RentScore provides estimates of market rent and living costs for London homes, based on public data sources and our own modelling. Estimates are shown as a range with a confidence level.

What RentScore is not

A RentScore is not a formal valuation, a survey, or legal or financial advice. It is not the "open market rent" that a First-tier Tribunal would determine. Always check important decisions yourself, and seek specialist advice if you are challenging a rent increase.

Paid products

£4.99 buys full reports for 5 homes. The pass is saved in your browser (you can move it to another device with your pass link) and your unused reports don't expire. For a home you're looking to rent, the report with the negotiation pack costs £19.99 (or £15 to add later, or when using a report from your pass): a suggested counter-offer, a ready-to-send message, suggested replies and an evidence sheet. For a rent increase, the report with the Section 13 pack costs £49.99 (or £45 to add later, or when using a report from your pass): a check of your notice against the rules, your tribunal deadline, an assessment of whether a challenge is likely to help, a letter to your landlord and an evidence sheet. The packs are information to help you, not legal advice, and we can't guarantee any particular outcome.

Everything is delivered immediately on screen. Because the digital content is supplied straight away, you agree that the 14-day cancellation right ends once it is unlocked. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
